Operation Red Flare 2003

This year's Operation Red Flare, a night hike with 14 checkpoints, took place at Boidier Hurst campsite on the night of Saturday 1st March 2003. Altogether 19 teams – Explorers, Network, Venture Scouts and Rangers – took part and approximately 50 adults were involved in the running of the event.
The trophies were presented by David Wall, the Borough Commissioner of Croydon. The results were as follows:
