Yr Hen Neuadd: Location

Yr Hen Neuadd - Bethesda - North Wales

Bethesda is on the main A5 London to Holyhead road, about 5 miles south of Bangor (where the A5 crosses from mainland Wales to Anglesey). It is about two miles south of the North Wales Expressway which joins the M56 north of Chester.

Yr Hen Neuadd is on the main road (High Street), towards the north end of the village, on the east side of the road. See map.

Bethesda is on the northern edge of the Snowdonia National Park, at the north-western end of the Ogwen valley, and has easy access to the mountains of Snowdonia, and the coast of Anglesey. Both Plas y Brenin (the National Mountaineering centre) and Plas Menai (the National Watersports centre) are within easy reach - about 20 minutes to each.
